  • Hilton Grand Vacations was informed a third-party exit company is offering Owners an option to reschedule future reservations or extend Points by paying a fee over the phone. Hilton Grand Vacations is not affiliated with this company, and we caution you against engaging with them. Complete our Incident Intake Questionnaire if you suspect you’ve been a victim of this scam. • We remain dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment for our Owners, Guests and Team Members. That’s why, as the COVID-19 pandemic evolved, so did our focus to further evolve our standards of cleanliness at our resorts worldwide. Hilton Grand Vacation’s Enhanced Care Guidelines with Hilton CleanStay™ incorporate several steps to ensure our Owners and Guests feel confident as they think about their arrival and upcoming vacation experience.

As the guidelines for COVID-19 continue to change, we ask that Owners and Guests follow local and state regulations as it relates to face coverings and CDC requirements.

Continued cleaning and protection standards include:

    • Reviewing and continuing to implement sanitation procedures across our properties.
    • Identifying high-touch areas, such as elevators and Front Desks, and implementing additional cleaning measures.
    • Redistributing team members to ensure maximum cleaning is occurring during high-volume timeframes.
